Refund policy

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items digital content must not have been downloaded 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Email info@bellathebutterflydance.com highlighting you will be returning the product and including your order number.

• Pack up the product carefully and return to: Bella the Butterfly, Flat 12, Orchard Court, Beverley Road, Barnes SW13 0NA. Please make sure you include your order number and name so we can help identify your order.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange. Please note, it takes up to seven days to process a return.

Damaged Items:

If your book or toy has arrived to you damaged, please contact us on info@bellathebutterflydance.com and we will be able to organise a replacement or return.
